자연사연구회는 2019년 사망진단서 모음집 ‘인과관계가 명확한 것만을 적습니다’를 독립출판물로 간행하였습니다.
이 책의 제목은 대한민국의 사망진단서 사망의 원인 란에 적힌 ‘사망의 원인※(나)(다)(라)에는 (가)와 직접 의학적 인과관계가 명확한 것만을 적습니다.’에서 가져왔습니다.
 사망진단서는 우리가 살아서는 볼 수 없는 자신의 마지막 기록이며, 타인의 손에 의해 작성되는 공식적인 기록물입니다.
23개국의 사망진단서가 번역본과 함께 수록되었습니다.
WHO 권장사항과 과거의 사망진단서도 함께 수록되어 있습니다.
